Blasts rock Indian city

One blast took place at the Lumbini amusement park where a laser show was taking place. Officials said it could have been caused by an "improvised explosive device". Seven people were killed immediately and two died later in hospital. Another happened at a street-side eatery. A gas cylinder exploded killing 11 people.
