Casinos thrive after Katrina

The Gulf Coast has struggled since Hurricane Katrina, but the casino industry in Mississippi is an unqualified success. A major reason for that is a big change in the laws of Mississippi-- where before Katrina-- casinos were only allowed to operate on barges. As a result, July gambling revenues were the highest in state history. Jon Decker reports.
