Bee-line for land mines

A team of Croatian scientists is causing a buzz around the world with its new way of detecting land mines. The experts are training honey bees to sniff out landmines left over from the country's war in the 1990s. The unusual technique could become a cheap and quick way of clearing unexploded ordinance from conflict zones around the world.
