Hurricane Felix poised to wreak havoc on Nicaragua, Honduras

Hurricane Felix grew into a "potentially catastrophic" Category 5 storm and struck northeastern Nicaragua Tuesday morning, marking the first time in recorded history that a second top-scale storm has touched land in the same season.
