California heat wave continues

A heat wave continues in Southern California -- setting record temperatures and leaving thousands of customers without power. Much of the western U.S. has been baking under hot, dry conditions for more than a week and demand for electricity in Southern California is so high that utility officials have declared a power emergency. Jon Decker reports.
