Klaxons win Mercury Music Award

Rock-electro band, the Klaxons scooped the Nationwide Mercury Prize for their debut album "The Myths of the Near Future".The band who formed in 2005, after meeting at the Glastonbury festival, surprised many fans who were expecting jazz singer Amy Winehouse to take away the 20,000 pounds (40,300 USD approx.) prize money.
