Elephant unemployment

The elephants provide a much needed living for their owners by ferrying tourists to Amer fort, on the outskirts of Jaipur in the Indian desert. But due to a delay by the government in renewing the necessary licences they've had to cease working. The elephant owners have no other source of income and say the delay is hitting them hard.
