Beijing's third annual Pop Festival delighted music fans this weekend who rocked to big-name stars like Nine Inch Nails, Public Enemy and as well as the homegrown political bad boy of rock and roll Cui Jian -- who had previously been banned from large outdoor concerts in Beijing. The event, now the country's biggest international music festival, drew thousands of people to a park in China's capital. And with subversive acts like rap legends Public Enemy on stage, the festival shows China's ministry of culture is slowly loosening up. An AFPTV voiced report.
