Dozens die in bomb blasts

At least 35 people were killed at the recruiting centre when a suicide bomber walked into a crowd of young men waiting to sign up. It was one of a wave of attacks that came as Iraq's Prime Minister announced a cabinet reshuffle in an apparent response to his government's failure to end sectarian violence.
