Dozens die in Baghdad blasts

More than 60 people have been killed in explosions at markets in the centre of the city. The explosions happened as Iraqis marked the first anniversary of an attack on a Shi'ite shrine that has pitched the country to the brink of civil war. More than 50 of the latest victims died in bomb blasts at the Shorja wholesale market.
