Bodyguard says Britney used drugs

A former bodyguard for Britney Spears says the troubled singer used drugs in her home. Tony Baretto offered to testify at a court battle between Spears and her ex-husband Kevin Federline over custody of their two young sons.Baretto was prepared to tell the court about drug use and nudity at Spears' home, along with his fears for the safety of the children.He wasn't called to testify but his evidence was filed with the court.
