North Korea nuclear breakthrough

Pyongyang to close nuclear facilities in return for fuel oil and aid. The deal hammered out after days of talks in China requires North Korea to close the Yongbyon reactor complex at the heart of its nuclear programme and allow international inspectors onto the site.
