Dubai's stock exchange has made a deal with the Nasdaq, part of which includes Dubai acquiring a 20 percent stake in the Nasdaq, which is buying Nordic markets operator OMX. However, rival Qatar has unexpectedly stepped in and is buying up shares of OMX.
