246 deaths: the 9-11 accomplice

German's highest appeals court has ruled Mounir El Motassadeq was an accessory in the deaths of more than 240 people aboard the four planes hijacked and crashed in the September 11th attack on the U.S in 2001. He has been told to return to court to receive a tougher sentence.
