Israel agrees boycott plan with U.S.

Israel's PM says he's agreed with the U.S. to shun a Palestinian unity government that doesn't accept demands on Israel. Hopes for a breakthrough in rare Mideast peace talks set for Monday in Jerusalem have been badly hit by the statement from Prime Minister Ehud Olmert. His remarks came before talks with the visiting U.S. Secretary of State, who's preparing the summit ground with separate meetings with Israeli and Palestinian leaders.
