UK letter bomb suspect arrested

British police have arrested a man in connection with a recent spate of letter bomb attacks across England and Wales. Detectives are warning the British public there may still be more unexploded devices in the postal system. Over recent weeks seven letter bombs have been sent to a variety of addresses, leaving several people injured. At least three targets related to the enforcement of traffic rules, leading to speculation that a disgruntled motorist was behind the campaign.
