Iran rigid in nuclear stance

President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has told a rally in the northern city of Rasht that Tehran wants talks over its nuclear programme but will not accept preconditions to freeze uranium enrichment as demanded by a U.N. Security Council resolution.
