Smith hearing continues in Florida

Anna Nicole Smith's lawyer and companion Howard K. Stern testified Tuesday that Smith wanted to be buried in the Bahamas. Stern was testifying at a hearing to determine who should get custody of Smith's body. Stern lives in the Bahamas with Smith's baby, 5-month-old Dannielynne. He is one of at least three men who claim to be the child's father. Jon Decker reports.
