Blair on Brit troops leaving Iraq

British Prime Minister Tony Blair is expected to give details of a phased withdrawal of British troops from Iraq. Some UK newspapers and news channels are reporting that nearly half of Britain's 7, 100 troops in southern Iraq could be home by the end of this year, while others say that all of them will be withdrawn by the end of 2008.
