Troop pull-out welcomed

Iraqis have largely welcomed the news of a British troop pull out from Basra. As British Prime Minister Tony Blair announced a withdrawal timetable for his troops, many Iraqis in British-controlled Basra said they were relieved, although some voiced fears it was premature.
