G7 see global markets improving

In a joint communique, The Group of 7, meeting on the sidelines of the fall conference of the IMF and World Bank, said the world economy remains strong, but they warned that recent market weakness, high oil prices, and the sagging US housing sector will likely put a drag on growth.
