Some experts say that Turkish cuisine is one of the world's finest. Be that as it may, the American fast good giant McDonalds is firmly established in the country. But a local family-run fast food chain, specialising in the national sesame seed roll the simit, has challenged the hamburger chain's dominance though it has only half the number of outlets.
