Probe after Ramadi firefight

The U.S. military's account of the intense battle with insurgents in the Iraqi town - a Sunni stronghold - spoke of 12 militants killed and three wounded, but no civilian deaths. The people of Ramadi say women and young children were among at least 26 killed in the firefight and wave of airstrikes that followed.
