Tensions over Sénégal vote

Provisional results from Senegal's weekend presidential election indicate that Abdoulaye Wade has won an outright first round majority, beating fourteen challengers. The president is ahead in 12 of the 13 counties where provisional results are available. There are 35 counties in all. The opposition, meanwhile is complaining about irregularities. A voiced report.
