| Jenckes Joins the Voxant Team |
 We’ve got a new face around here at our Reston, VA HQ. Say hello to our new CEO, Marcien Jenckes!
Prior to joining Voxant, Marcien was SVP of Messaging, Community, and Voice at AOL, overseeing AOL's community products, including the AIM® and ICQ® branded services. Prior to his time at AOL, Marcien worked at McKinsey & Company in Washington D.C. and was a member of their Media and Technology practice.
Marcien holds an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia, and a BA in Economics and Political Science from New York University.
As our new CEO, Marcien will create the vision and strategic direction for Voxant as we expand and improve our Newsroom and other services.

| Tips & Tricks: Improvements to the Voxant Player |
 Based on feedback we’ve received from members of our network regarding the loading time of our players, we’ve made some changes to custom feeds. Please refer to our FAQ section for details on how the changes could affect you.

| February Payment Rates |
In our ongoing effort to create the highest quality network possible, we’re making changes to the payment rates for distributors. From now on, the rates will be tied more closely to market conditions. Each and every month we’ll use the NewsFlash and the Voxant Forum to let you know what the rates will be for that month. If you have questions about this new system, see our forum. For the month of February, 2008, the rates will be:
