I have just tried to use the contact us form that comes up when you hit the ‘Support’ link at the bottom left of the side menu.

All is fine until you reach the ‘input area’ where you type the body of your request. The size of the input area itself is tiny, it’s only two lines deep with only a couple of words allowed on each line.

It’s horrendous trying to compose a text in such a small area. Couldn’t the text area be enlarged to a more user friendly size?

I just use notepad to write the request. Then copy it to the input box. I know it’s a extra step, but it might be faster and easier.

Good work around, but making the input textarea a little larger shouldn’t be too hard. :-)
