I have got the message in my revenue site (Jan 31st): “Questionable Activity Message:
Your account is currently blocked for questionable activity… Contact Support online if you have any questions.”
I have been contacting Voxant Support online since Jan 31st six times to get some answer to my questions.
Those of you expecting online support replay in minutes or hours may have to prepare for the shock of waiting weeks!
(Maybe months? Or years?)

Same thing happened to me in mid-January and so, I didn’t get paid either for Nov and Dec. I just focused on other ad networks that have been paying me regularly and without hassle. There is a lot of things going on with Voxant that leads me to believe it’s very unstable and very iffy as to whether you’ll really get paid if you earn decent money showing their ads.

Hi there,

Thank you for your comments but Voxant’s Newsroom online support never takes a holiday.

However, I would add that to those of you who have been found in violation of our Policy in regards to Pornography we grant no grace and make no re-considerations.

For those who have been found to be violating our Policy in less forms we provide a 24 hour notification period. If you do not comply within the time frame we act accordingly.

All future responses from users who have been blocked do get answered to a point. We make evaluations of our network from a quality perspective. If you violate our policy or have not come into compliance we are duty bound to our Content Providers and Advertizers to take necessary action.

Understandably we receive many responses to the action we take that believe they have been unfairly treated or not re-considered.

If we believe there to be a quality issue at stake we will not welcome past offenders back into our network. We take very seriously the quality of our network.

It is the responsibility of our users to understand and comply with our Policy, and respond to email warnings within the given timeframe.
