You were notified in February that too much of your traffic was from non US, Canadian, western European and Australian users which we can not make money on. Your payments have been suspended from the date we notified you forward. We are building tools so we’ll be able to pay on the traffic we can all make money at and not on the rest. More announcements on that to come.
While we notified you in February the rate cards were not adjusted until May which is why you just noticed the change in MyRevenue. At the same time that some of your rate cards were adjusted, I was doing a program to get more autoplay impressions. Unfortunately there was cross over between people we said we were stopping payment and folks who I was offering a $0.50 CPM for autoplay. It was an honest mistake but we will make good on our promise. Even if you have this Rest of World traffic I will make sure you get paid $0.50 for autoplay video in May. You will not be paid for text and image impressions as per the original note.
